Register to Vote
You must register to vote by no later than 4 p.m. October 18, 2016 in order to vote in the November 8, 2016 General Election. This deadline also applies to a change of address or party change. You may apply to register to vote online, in person at your county clerk's office or by mail.

To register to vote online, you must have a West Virginia driver's license or ID card number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Register online.

If you do not have a West Virginia driver's license or ID card number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number, you may register in person at your County Clerk's office. Visit the County Clerk Directory.
