SSA New Resource! Planning Your Employment Goals

Are you thinking about returning to work or finding a job for the first time? If you’re age 18 – 64 and receive SSDI or SSI, a Ticket to Work service provider may help!

When you participate in the Ticket to Work program, you’ll work with a service provider to identify your career goals and develop a work plan, like an Individual Work Plan (IWP) or Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE), which will serve as your road map to success.

Check out Planning Your Employment Goals with the Ticket to Work Program to learn:

  • What a work plan is
  • What a work plan must include
  • What your responsibilities are on the path to work

To learn more at the Ticket program, visit choosework.ssa.gov or contact the Ticket to Work Help Line at 866-968-7842 or 866-833-2967 (TTY).
